I don't know anything about lighting but I'm putting together a setup and my friend
gave me his Bescor mx600 20/40 light, with a 6v battery. The only problem is he didn't give me a charger.

What should I buy?

It'll probably work out cheaper & one light will most likley be enough , these lights are pretty bright you know.

Yeh it came today and we're skating tonight so I could show some test footy , but when I had a vx1 I used a CN-64 and it was bright enough to light up the skater & whatever they were skating (within reason)

Just wondering what everyone does with there bescor batteries over winter.

Should I just leave them fully charger and let them sit for 6 months or should I charger them periodically?

They're not something that you should have to purchase online, home depot definitely carries them (12V 50W JC base). If that's not an option, this is just what you'd find in there except it has a higher color temp (which is good, but it'll also have a way shorter life) - http://www.bhphotovi...mp_50W_12V.html
