I'm familiar with after effects and can do basic animations, but I'd like to learn more. Is there any full videos or books that can teach me from the basics to more complex stuff that anyone recommends? I know of AEtuts and Video co-pilot, but i'd like something that teaches me less of the visual effects stuff and more motion design like this . Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

That video right there looked great, but there was nothing special done, all keyframes for movements in shapes and layers.
