Water Logged Boards

Recommended Posts

this should be under top 5 ways to de-laminate your board...

i was going to say that. that and how to de-grip your board.

on a side note, my board got completely engulfed underwater a couple days ago. so so horrible. it cracked on a boardslide.

this isnt to dry the board,

it takes the moisture out of the middle of the inside of the board and layers and brings them outside and drips off board.

Ummm.... I'm no expert but what exactly is the difference between drying a board and bring the moisture out of one?

ha yea that exactly what i was thinking yea i think putting your board in a dryer would be a bad idea

i have a good idea for everyone to try!

dont get your board wet...and if you wanna get it all wet, and then try to get the water out, dont put it in the dryer...first of all, it would make it worse. and second, you mom would kill you from the noise it made!!! haha jk

By taking out all the moisture, you are drying the board out which does the exact same thing as a waterlogged board - break easier.

Exactly. I just stomp my messed up boards.
