Tour De Hasselblad Anyone?

Recommended Posts

Anyone else seen this? http://www.twelvephotographers.com/. It's sort of like Tour de Camera but with MF. I reckon we should do this as well. Anyone up for it? I'll buy an A12 back, we can come up with a theme, and then we can take it from there. Reply if you're interested, serious only! Once we have 12 'blad photogs (including myself) we can kick this off.

OK, we have 12 photogs:

1. Lee J (Switzerland)

2. KevinHorn (Minneapolis, MN)

3. Spencer Wells (NYC, NY)

4. ZanderT (NYC, NY)

5. midwestshred (Santa Monica, CA)

6. EspSkate (Bay Area, CA)

7. WestonKruse (Austin, TX)

8. fadedpastels (Albuquerque, NM)

9. Zane (Orlando, FL)

10. éS Accel (NYC, NY)

11. SteveLaClair (Raleigh, NC)

12. himynameiserik (Southwest, CT / Portland, OR)

I've got a back, which i'm in the process of testing. Once i know it's good i will sort out the route and let everyone know it.

Forget those disorganised point and shoot ragamuffins, i think this could be neat.

i still have one of the tour de camera point and shoots, and it ended with me so we have successfully done this once.

the hassblad back won't fit on a Kiev 88 will it?

Google is unclear, but i wouldn't want to risk it anyway. Mismatched gearing, frame spacing, etc, could easily mess it up.
