Bang For Your Buck Light Kit

Yeah,me and my friends got two 1000 watt tripod lights that extend to 6 feet for 45 dollars together. Well worth it.

its a crime. no idea of charges but its considered stealing electricity. if i am inclined enough ill ask the criminal justice teacher tomorrow at school

The Home Depot lights or other cheap work light are good enough. You are lighting up the spot for the skater. When you take the photo most of the light will come from your flashes. If someone's videoing too then they will be using your lights, but I guess they can set the white balance on their video cam so they don't get a color cast. I have two crappy work lights that I use sometimes, it takes quite a bit to set everything up, the lights and the flashes, and to take them down. I don't use them as much as I should, because by the time it's done someone's come to boot you out. But it's good to use at a place that's too busy during the day but empty and dark at night.

No because he just basically picked a lighting kit out of hat. He's never used them, but still recommends people getting the kit. Genious.
